Avoiding Anxiety in Autistic Adults: A Guide for Autistic Wellbeing by Luke Beardon (I haven’t read this but hear good things)

Books on Women and Autism:
Women with Autism by Claire Jack Ph.D. (Very practical and easy to understand of what it means and what is next after a diagnosis
Women and Girls with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Understanding Life Experiences from Early Childhood to Old Age by Sarah Hendrickx (Very great info on how autism looks at various stages in life. She has research to back it up as well).
Aspergirls by Rudy Simone (Not from a researcher/therapist, just from an autistic woman who has talked to lots of autistic people. I didn’t like her writing style but Dr. McAdams found some of it helpful)
(Thank you Dr. McAdams for all your reviews on the books)
